BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

  • Mastermind persuasive presentations and proposals, proficiently conveying the value of our products/services to potential clients.
  • Carry out product demonstrations with finesse, articulating the merits of our offerings.
  1. Negotiation and Deal Closure:
  • Enter the negotiation arena, skillfully haggling over terms and pricing with clients, guaranteeing a mutually beneficial outcome.
  • Seal the deal and formalise contracts, ensuring meticulous documentation of all pertinent details.
  1. Sales Strategies and Target Setting:
  • Devise and actualise strategic sales blueprints, precisely aligning with company aspirations.
  • Establish sales targets and quotas, while diligently tracking progress and making necessary adjustments.
  1. Collaboration and Reporting:
  • Engage in fruitful collaboration with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, harmonising strategies for concerted efforts.
  • Furnish routine updates and comprehensive reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
  1. Industry Networking and Partnerships:
  • Participate in industry gatherings, conferences, and seminars to broaden your professional network and unearth prospects for partnership.
  • Showcase the company as a reservoir of expert industry knowledge and unwavering credibility.


Qualifications:


  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven Expertise: Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role, with a minimum of [X] years of experience.
