PROGRAMMATIC MANAGER

Are you a strategic virtuoso of programmatic advertising? If your experience echoes through programmatic platforms, and your campaigns sing the sweet note of success, we want you on our team. As our Programmatic Manager, you'll lead our programmatic orchestra, orchestrating strategies, optimising performance, and harmonising with clients for symphonic outcomes.


Responsibilities:


Programmatic Strategy Development and Execution:


  • Craft and execute overarching programmatic strategies that turn client objectives into advertising symphonies of ROI.
  • Join forces with clients, immersing in their marketing goals, target audience, and campaign prerequisites.
  • Harness market research, audience insights, and competitive intelligence to unveil programmatic opportunities.
  • Define campaign blueprints, from audience targeting to ad formats, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.


Team Management and Leadership:


  • Lead and mentor our programmatic ensemble, conducting guidance, support, and inspiration.
  • Be the compass for departmental goals, task assignments, and the successful choreography of campaigns.
  • With your baton of performance evaluations and constructive feedback, foster growth, and skills honing.
  • Create an environment of collaboration and innovation, where shared knowledge nurtures professional growth.


Programmatic Campaign Management:


  • Take the helm of programmatic campaigns, masterfully orchestrating setup, targeting, and ad creative implementation.
  • Watch over campaigns like a conductor, optimising performance metrics – impressions, clicks, conversions, and the golden cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
  • Craft bidding strategies, keep budgets in harmony, and fine-tune optimizations for a crescendo of success.
  • Dance in harmony with cross-functional teams, from data analysts to media planners, syncing campaigns with broader marketing symphonies.


Data Analysis and Insights:


  • Be the composer of insights, analysing programmatic campaign data to create actionable scores.
  • Conduct data-driven serenades of audience behaviour, performance trends, and campaign attribution via programmatic platforms and tools.
  • Offer clients data-orchestrated recommendations for strategies, targeting, and optimisations.
  • In your reports, the music of campaign performance – insights, trends, and recommendations – shall resonate.


Industry Trends and Innovation:


  • Your rhythm should be in sync with programmatic advertising's trends, industry evolution, and emerging technological harmonies.
  • Be the discoverer of opportunities hidden in new programmatic features, platforms, and targeting strategies, breathing fresh life into campaigns.
  • Illuminate the ensemble with industry knowledge and insights, nurturing innovation and eternal improvement.


Qualifications:


  • The foundation: a Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or related disciplines.
  • Your scorecard should feature a proven record of steering programmatic campaigns, ideally within an agency or digital marketing domain.
  • Programmatic platforms, including demand-side platforms (DSPs) and data management platforms (DMPs), should be the pages you know by heart.
  • Programmatic campaign setup, optimisation, and performance analysis are part of your musical sheet.
  • Your analytical finesse interprets programmatic data, transforming it into a melody of actionable insights.
  • Leadership and team management skills should be the anthem guiding your ability to inspire and motivate.
  • Communication and collaboration skills, attuned to resonate across cross-functional teams and with clients.
  • Sync your rhythm with the pulse of programmatic trends, best practices, and emerging tech symphonies.
  • Certifications in programmatic advertising platforms like Google Display & Video 360 or The Trade Desk are your virtuoso crescendos.
