SALES DIRECTOR

We are actively seeking a visionary and results-oriented Sales Director to take the helm of our sales team. As a Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in developing, executing, and overseeing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and foster strong customer relationships. Responsibilities:


  1. Sales Strategy and Leadership:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Provide inspiring leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the sales team to drive performance.
  1. Team Management:
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members, fostering their growth and development.
  • Set transparent sales targets, quotas, and KPIs, closely monitoring team performance.
  1. Business Development:
  • Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities, market segments, and prospective clients.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners to expand our network.
  1. Sales Execution:
  • Lead by example by actively participating in sales efforts, including negotiations, presentations, and deal closures.
  • Collaborate with the team to create and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals.
  1. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to forecast future sales and set achievable targets.
  • Regularly prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting performance and strategies.
  1. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and they remain satisfied.
  • Attend client meetings and participate in business reviews as necessary.
  1. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and drive cohesive initiatives.
  1. Budget Management:
  • Effectively manage the sales budget, allocating resources to maximise ROI and achieve sales objectives.


Qualifications:


  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven Leadership: Demonstrated track record of successful sales leadership, with a minimum of [X] years of experience.
  • Sales Expertise: Solid understanding of sales strategies, techniques, and methodologies.
