ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for client-focused account management? We're on the lookout for an experienced Account Director to lead our client relationship efforts. As an Account Director, you'll be instrumental in managing key client accounts, driving satisfaction, and overseeing product/service delivery. Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Gain a deep understanding of clients' business objectives, challenges, and needs, providing tailored solutions and unwavering support.
Account Strategy and Planning:
- Develop comprehensive account plans that align with client goals and our company's objectives.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling.
Account Oversight:
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products/services, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
- Monitor project progress and promptly address any issues or concerns.
Customer Satisfaction and Retention:
- Proactively engage with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure their unwavering satisfaction.
- Anticipate clients' needs and offer strategic insights to help them achieve their objectives.
Strategic Consultation:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance on industry trends, best practices, and avenues for improvement.
Business Reviews and Reporting:
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, present results, and discuss future strategies.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports to clients, outlining key metrics and achievements.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and customer success to align strategies and deliver value to clients.
Budget Management:
- Oversee account budgets and ensure resource allocation aligns with client needs and expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or a related role, with a minimum of [X] years of experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
