CREATIVE DIRECTOR

We are seeking a visionary, experienced Creative Director to lead our creative team, shape our brand's visual identity, and guide creative direction. As the Creative Director, you'll inspire and manage designers, copywriters, and creatives to produce innovative, compelling solutions that resonate with our audience. Your strategic thinking, design expertise, and leadership skills will drive our creative direction and enhance our brand's impact.


Responsibilities:


  1. Team Leadership: Lead and manage creatives, promoting collaboration, growth, and innovation within the team.
  2. Creative Vision: Develop and communicate the brand's creative vision, aligning it with business goals and values.
  3. Collaborative Strategy: Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and stakeholders to understand project objectives and develop creative strategies.
  4. Content Creation: Conceptualise and oversee compelling visual and written content for various channels, including digital, print, and advertising.
  5. Creative Guidance: Provide direction and guidance during ideation and execution, ensuring high-quality results.
  6. Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices, fostering innovation within the team.
  7. Stakeholder Communication: Present creative concepts and strategies to both internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Creative Collaboration: Lead brainstorming, design reviews, and discussions to encourage problem-solving and collaboration.
  9. Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual style across all materials.
  10. External Partnerships: Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and freelancers to enhance creative capabilities.
  11. Mentorship: Mentor and guide team members, supporting their professional growth and development.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar leadership role, with a robust portfolio showcasing diverse creative projects.
  • Leadership skills, inspiring, guiding, and managing creative teams.
  • Expertise in graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and visual communication.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strategic thinking and understanding of creative's role in brand identity and business objectives.
  • Effective communication skills for conveying concepts, strategies, and feedback.
  • Experience overseeing multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, social media, advertising).
  • Strong project management skills, including task prioritisation, timeline management, and meeting deadlines.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design, video production, or animation is a plus.
