SALES MANAGER

We are actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:


  1. Sales Strategy Development:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Set clear sales targets and quotas for individual team members and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
  1. Team Leadership and Motivation:
  • Lead, inspire, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to maximise their potential and productivity.
  • Monitor team performance closely and provide constructive feedback.
  1. Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating closely with the sales team to generate leads, qualify prospects, and successfully close deals.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  1. Sales Analysis and Strategy Adjustment:
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities, adapt sales strategies, and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with campaigns and launches.
  1. Forecasting and Reporting:
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, market conditions, and competitor activities.


Qualifications:


  • Proven Sales Leadership: Demonstrated experience in sales management or a similar leadership role within the sales industry.
  • Track Record of Success: Strong history of achieving and surpassing sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Sales Expertise: Solid grasp of sales principles, techniques, and best practices, including the ability to coach and develop sales representatives.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, coupled with data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to build rapport, negotiate, and influence stakeholders.
  • Customer Focus: Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Sales Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools to track activities, manage pipelines, and generate reports.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
