TECHNICAL MANAGER

Qualifications:


  • Client-Facing Experience: Proven background in client-facing roles, including TAM, Solutions Consultant, or similar positions.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical acumen and proficiency in the relevant product or service, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients, influence stakeholders, and convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Problem Solving: Effective problem-solving abilities to analyse client needs and propose fitting technical solutions.
  • Project Management: Robust project management skills, enabling you to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Customer Focus: A client-centric mindset, with a dedication to delivering outstanding client experiences and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: The capability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and technical teams.
