ACCOUNT MANAGER

Are you ready to make an impact in the sales industry? We're looking for a dedicated Account Manager to manage and nurture relationships with our valued clients. In this pivotal role, you'll serve as their primary point of contact, ensuring satisfaction, driving growth, and maximising revenue opportunities.


Responsibilities:

Client Relationships:

  • Build and strengthen relationships with assigned clients, becoming their trusted advisor and main point of contact.
  • Gain deep insights into clients' business objectives, needs, and challenges to develop tailored solutions and strategies.

Account Growth:

  • Collaborate closely with clients to uncover opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
  • Create and execute account plans aimed at achieving revenue targets and maximising account growth.

Client Engagement:

  • Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to gauge satisfaction, address concerns, and collect feedback.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams, including customer support, marketing, and operations, to ensure the smooth delivery of products or services.

Market Insight:

  • Stay well-informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions that may impact clients' businesses.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on account status, sales activities, and forecasts to our sales management team.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in the sales industry, with a track record of effectively managing client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities to identify and address client needs effectively.
  • A results-oriented mindset focused on achieving revenue targets and driving account growth.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, metrics, and account performance assessment to identify opportunities and formulate strategies.
  • A proactive, customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage client interactions, track account activities, and generate reports.
