COMMUNITY MANAGER

We're seeking a Community Manager to build, nurture, and engage with our online community and customer base. Responsibilities:

Community Engagement:

  • Craft and execute community engagement strategies to boost brand visibility and enhance sales.
  • Cultivate and sustain a dynamic online community across various social media platforms, forums, and relevant channels.
  • Deliver prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries, comments, and concerns, ensuring outstanding customer service.


Collaboration and Lead Generation:

  • Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to identify and connect with potential customers within the community.
  • Organise and oversee online events, contests, and promotions to increase community participation and drive sales opportunities.
  • Identify and harness the power of influential community members and brand advocates to amplify our message and boost sales conversions.


Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor and analyse community metrics, including engagement levels, sentiment, and customer feedback, to gauge the effectiveness of community initiatives.
  • Provide valuable insights to the sales team based on community data, industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.


Qualifications:


  • A proven track record as a Community Manager or in a similar role, ideally within the sales industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, online communities, and emerging digital trends.
  • A customer-centric mindset, coupled with adept problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools to track community performance and gather insights.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and a solid understanding of the customer journey.
  • Comfort with CRM software and basic data analysis to uncover sales opportunities within the community.
