CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

A Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) holds a vital role in the sales industry, responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and business growth. Responsibilities:


  • Customer Relationship Building:

  • Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Product Expertise:

  • Serve as an escalation point for customer issues, working closely with internal teams to swiftly and satisfactorily resolve problems.
  • CRM Management:
  • Maintain accurate and current customer records in the CRM system, tracking interactions, preferences, and account details.
  • Sales Collaboration:
  • Partner with the sales team to spot expansion and renewal opportunities within the customer base.
  • Industry Awareness:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive activities, enabling the provision of valuable insights and recommendations to customers.


Qualifications:


  • Customer-Centric Experience: Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles, such as Customer Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or similar positions.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build rapport, actively listen, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Customer Service Dedication: Strong customer service orientation and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Task Management: Capability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple customer accounts, tasks, and deadlines.
  • CRM Proficiency: Knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in utilising customer management tools to track customer interactions, preferences, and sales opportunities.
  • Sales Insight: Sales acumen and the ability to spot upselling or cross-selling opportunities within the customer base.
  • Organisational Detail: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders to prioritise customer needs.
