SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST JOBS

Responsibilities:

  • Harmonise social media strategies with overarching marketing initiatives, fostering cross-channel synergy.
  • Define explicit goals and objectives for social media campaigns, delineating measurable KPIs and performance metrics.


Content Creation and Curation:


  • Originate content that captivates and resonates across social media platforms, spanning text, images, videos, and graphics.
  • Curate and disseminate compelling content from credible sources, nurturing brand credibility and escalating audience interaction.
  • Collaborate harmoniously with design and creative teams, pooling talents to craft visually engaging, shareable social media assets.
  • Guard brand messaging uniformity and visual coherence across diverse social media avenues.


Social Media Management:


  • Foster the upkeep and maintenance of social media accounts across a spectrum of platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.
  • Skillfully manage social media post scheduling, ensuring the regular and consistent stream of captivating content.
  • Vigilantly oversee social media conversations, offering timely and professional responses to comments and queries.
  • Foster community engagement, cultivating positive relationships and propelling dialogues around our brand.


Social Media Advertising and Promotion:


  • Aid in conceiving and actualising paid social media advertising campaigns, intensifying brand visibility, broadening reach, and catalysing conversions.
  • Monitor and optimise advertising performance, encompassing targeting refinement, budget allocation, and ad creation.
  • Stay abreast of social media advertising trends and optimal tactics, ensuring the effective execution of campaigns.


Analytics and Reporting:


  • Harness social media analytics tools to track and quantify pivotal performance metrics, from reach and engagement to conversion rates.
  • Consistently generate analytical reports on social media performance, delivering insights and actionable recommendations for elevation.
  • Conduct social media listening and sentiment analysis, attuning to audience perceptions to steer future strategies.


Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Social Media Specialist, Social Media Coordinator, or in a cognate capacity.
  • Profound familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and masterful practices.
  • Eloquent written and verbal communication abilities, crafting compelling and impactful social media content.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and scheduling platforms.
  • Acquaintance with social media advertising platforms like Facebook Ads Manager or LinkedIn Ads.
  • Basic grasp of social media analytics tools, such as Facebook Insights or Twitter Analytics.
  • Creative flair, capable of conceptualizing innovative ideas for arresting social media content.
  • Adept organizational talents, proficiently managing multiple social media platforms and meeting deadlines.
  • Grounded in data-driven thinking, adept at interpreting data to extract actionable insights.
  • Agility in staying current with emerging social media trends and adeptly adapting strategies.
