MEDIA DIRECTOR

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, guide, and mentor a squadron of media planners, buyers, and analysts, fostering their professional evolution.
  • Set departmental goals, delineate KPIs, and oversee the team's triumphant execution of media strategies and campaigns.
  • Offer unwavering support and direction to team members, forging a fertile soil for collaboration and high-performance outcomes.
  • Conduct performance assessments, dispense constructive feedback, and pinpoint prospects for skills enhancement and training.


Client Relationship Management:


  • Construct and maintain formidable bonds with clients, serving as a strategic collaborator and a reliable confidant.
  • Tune in to client objectives, target audience specifics, and the North Stars of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to craft potent media strategies.

Media Strategy Development and Execution:

Campaign Monitoring and Optimisation:
