PROGRAMMATIC DIRECTOR

Are you a virtuoso of programmatic advertising, ready to ascend to a directorial crescendo? We're in search of a Programmatic Director to enrich our ensemble. If you've composed symphonies of success through programmatic campaigns, wield deep insights into programmatic platforms, and have conducted leadership at the helm, join us. As our Programmatic Director, you'll lead the programmatic orchestra, weaving strategies, refining performance, fostering innovation, and orchestrating client triumphs.


Responsibilities:


Programmatic Strategy Development and Execution:


  • Craft and execute a sweeping programmatic strategy, guiding client objectives to crescendo and amplifying advertising ROI.
  • Harmonise with clients, grasping their marketing melody, discerning target audiences, and unveiling campaign prerequisites.
  • Unearth programmatic opportunities through market sonatas, audience concertos, and competitive concertos.
  • Compose programmatic campaign concertos, crafting audience harmonies, ad symphonies, bidding crescendos, and budget overtures.


Team Leadership and Management:


  • Lead and captain our programmatic ensemble, offering compass points, support, and mentorship.
  • Set department goals, define performance harmonies, and ensure timely execution of programmatic performances.
  • Cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and perpetual improvement within the programmatic orchestra.
  • Elevate performances through evaluations, constructive harmonies, and training overtures.


Programmatic Campaign Management:


  • Maestro of programmatic campaign setup, steering campaign architectures, targeting harmonics, and ad compositions.
  • Conduct a sonnet of campaign metrics – impressions, clicks, conversions – refining the symphony of performance and reducing the cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
  • Fortissimo of bidding dynamics, budget harmonies, and optimisation strategies that enrich the campaign crescendo.
  • Coalesce with cross-functional talents – data analysts, media orchestrators – to perfect campaign harmonies within the grander marketing symphony.


Data Analysis and Insights:


  • Extract insights from programmatic campaign data, weaving actionable symphonies.
  • Unveil audience concertos, performance sonatas, and campaign attributions through programmatic platforms and tools.
  • Compose data-guided ballads for clients – strategies, targeting arias, and optimisation symphonies.
  • Present routine performance concertos to clients, rendering insights, trends, and actionable symphonies.


Innovation and Industry Leadership:


  • Harmonise with programmatic advertising trends, industry concertos, and emergent technological arias.
  • Propel innovation as the symphonic conductor, cultivating thought leadership within the programmatic stage.
  • Chart new programmatic trajectories – features, platforms, targeting crescendos – heightening campaign harmonies.
  • Forge strategic allegiances with programmatic vendors and platforms, elevating us to the vanguard of the industry's sonorous evolution.


Qualifications:


  • The prelude: A Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or cognate domains. An MBA or advanced degree embellishes your opus.
  • Your opus unfolds with a proven saga of steering programmatic campaigns, ideally commanding at a directorial level within agencies or the digital marketing arena.
  • Programmatic platforms are your instruments – demand-side platforms (DSPs), data management platforms (DMPs) – mastered through extensive exposure.
  • Your symphony includes programmatic campaign setup, refinement, and the orchestral analysis of performance.
  • Analytical concertmaster, transforming programmatic data into melodic insights.
  • Your leadership orchestrates teams to crescendo, motivating and guiding their crescendo.
  • An exquisite communicator, your cadence harmonises with cross-functional symphonies and resonates with clients.
  • Your rhythm syncs with programmatic advertising trends, industry arias, and emergent technological harmonies.
  • Certifications in programmatic advertising platforms (e.g., Google Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk) embellish your composition.
