PAID SEARCH EXECUTIVE

We're in search of a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paid Search Executive to become a key part of our team. The ideal candidate should possess a robust grasp of paid search advertising platforms, such as Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, alongside excellent analytical skills. As the Paid Search Executive, you'll own the realm of campaign setup, ad copy creation, keyword research, bid management, and continuous campaign optimization, all directed towards driving optimal ROI for our clients.


Responsibilities:


Campaign Setup and Management:


  • Manage the setup and performance of paid search campaigns across diverse platforms, including Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
  • Undertake thorough keyword research and analysis to uncover pertinent, high-impact keywords for each campaign.
  • Create compelling ad copy that harmonises with client goals and industry best practices.
  • Keep a watchful eye on campaign budgets, bids, and performance, ensuring campaigns are in prime operation.


Performance Optimisation:


  • Perform regular analysis of campaign performance to spot zones for enhancement and refinement.
  • Fine-tune keyword bids, ad placements, and targeting parameters to maximise campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Execute A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements to lift click-through rates (CTRs) and conversion rates.
  • Roll out remarketing and audience targeting schemes to connect with specific customer segments.


Reporting and Analysis:


  • Produce routine reports on campaign performance metrics, encompassing impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost-per-action (CPA).
  • Scrutinise campaign data to unearth trends, insights, and openings for optimisation.
  • Supply clients with recommendations based on data-driven insights for campaign tactics and budget allocation.


Ad Copy and Creative Development:


  • Collaborate closely with the creative crew to devise compelling ad copy and creative assets in alignment with client aspirations.
  • Ensure ad copy and creative align with platform guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Perpetually examine and optimise ad copy to raise click-through rates (CTRs) and conversion rates.


Staying Informed and Industry Research:


  • Stay in the loop about industry trends, top practices, and novel features of paid search platforms.
  • Conduct research and competitor analysis to pinpoint fresh prospects and strategies for boosting campaign efficacy.
  • Share insights and expertise within the team to enhance campaign performance and overall prowess.
