PRODUCT DESIGNER

Are you in search of a talented and innovative Product Designer to enhance our design team? Responsibilities:

1. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and researchers, to grasp project objectives, user requisites, and design specifications.
2. Design Conceptualisation: Translate user needs and business goals into design concepts, utilising wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
3. User-Centricity: Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback gathering to steer design decisions and refine design solutions.
4. User Interface Excellence: Craft intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, adhering to established design principles and brand guidelines.
5. Seamless User Experience: Develop user flows and interactions that ensure a seamless and captivating user experience across diverse devices and platforms.
6. Developer Collaboration: Work closely with developers to guarantee precise implementation of designs, providing design assets and guidance as necessary.
7. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to proficiently present and convey design concepts, strategies, and rationale.
8. Design Innovation: Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, contributing innovative concepts.
9. Design Discourse: Participate in design critiques, brainstorming sessions, and team discussions, elevating the overall design process.
10. Project Management: Efficiently manage multiple projects, guaranteeing the delivery of top-quality designs within predefined timelines.

Qualifications:

1. Educational Background: Possess a Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
2. Proven Expertise: Showcase your expertise as a Product Designer through a robust portfolio that highlights your design projects and problem-solving prowess.
3. Tool Proficiency: Exhibit proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
4. User-Centric Proficiency: Demonstrate a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design best practices.
5. Research Competence: Familiarity with user research methodologies, usability testing, and user-centered design processes.
6. Design Artistry: Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
7. Front-End Awareness: Knowledge of front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS) and responsive design principles.
8. Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
9. Problem-Solving Prowess: Leverage strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset to address design challenges.
10. Collaborative Aptitude: Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
11. Time Management: Exhibit strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
