AD OPERATIONS MANAGER


We're on the hunt for a meticulously organised and highly motivated Ad Operations Manager to join our dynamic crew. Responsibilities:


Campaign Management:

  • Captain the setup and trafficking of digital ad campaigns across diverse platforms—think websites, mobile apps, and social media.
  • Keep watch over campaign performance, orchestrating the accurate and timely delivery of ads.
  • Fine-tune campaigns for peak performance, whether it's tweaking targeting parameters, juggling creative rotations, or optimising pacing.


Ad Quality Assurance:


  • Put ad creative assets through their paces, conducting thorough quality checks to ensure compliance with industry norms and platform specifications.
  • Lead pre-launch tests to validate ad functionality and navigate technical hitches.
  • Keep a vigilant eye on ad placements, ensuring they're in harmony with intended targeting and brand standards.


Technical Operations:


  • Collaborate with the technical squad to embed ad tags, tracking pixels, and other tracking marvels.
  • Stay in tune with industry trends and technological strides in ad serving platforms and ad formats.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot hiccups for internal teams and clients.


Reporting and Analysis:


  • Spin the wheel on generating regular reports showcasing campaign performance metrics—impressions, clicks, conversions, and other crucial indicators.
  • Unearth the golden nuggets within campaign data, unveiling trends, patterns, and spots primed for enhancement.
  • Offer actionable insights and suggestions to fine-tune campaigns and unfurl client goals.


Team Management:

Qualifications:
