PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER

Are you an experienced and strategic Product Marketing Manager? Join our team to lead the successful launch and promotion of our products. Your role will be pivotal in defining product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies. Maximise the impact of our products with your customer-centric approach and marketing expertise.


Responsibilities:


  • Product Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to deeply understand product features, benefits, and the target audience.
  • Messaging and Positioning: Develop comprehensive product messaging, positioning, and value propositions that resonate with customers and differentiate our products.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Create and execute go-to-market strategies, including product launch plans, marketing campaigns, and communication strategies.
  • Compelling Content: Craft compelling product narratives and content, including sales collateral, website copy, product videos, and blog posts.
  • Customer Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and buying behavior to inform product marketing strategies.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive product awareness and adoption.
  • Product Launches: Plan and execute product launches, coordinating efforts across various teams for successful and impactful launches.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential gaps in the market.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams, providing them with necessary tools and resources to effectively promote and sell the product.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyse and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in product marketing to contribute fresh ideas and insights.


Qualifications:


  • Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrate proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager, preferably in the technology or software industry.
  • Marketing Expertise: Showcase a strong understanding of product marketing strategies, tactics, and best practices.
  • Communication Skills: Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, crafting compelling messages and narratives.
  • Strategic Thinking: Possess strategic thinking skills and the ability to align product marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Analytical Mindset: Display an analytical mindset, gathering and interpreting market research, customer feedback, and data insights.
  • Campaign Execution: Show experience in creating and executing go-to-market plans and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Marketing Tools: Be proficient in using marketing tools and platforms to execute and measure campaigns.
  • Project Management: Have strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Collaboration Skills: Possess collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
  • Problem-Solving: Exhibit problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges and opportunities.
  • Creativity and Innovation: Bring creativity and innovation to product marketing strategies.
  • Industry Familiarity: Familiarity with the software or technology industry is a plus.
