HEAD OF PLANNING

Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership:

Client Collaboration:


  • Forge close-knit alliances with clients to decipher their business aspirations, conundrums, and market idiosyncrasies.
  • Undertake comprehensive research and analysis, unfurling market vistas ripe with opportunities and actionable insights.
  • Cultivate robust client relationships, donning the mantle of a trusted advisor and strategic compatriot.
  • Unveil strategic counsel to clients, laying down a compass of guidance and strategic direction.


Strategic Planning and Execution:


  • Take the reins in sculpting and executing sweeping strategic plans for our cherished clients.
  • Delve deep into exhaustive analysis of both internal and external factors, including market trends, the competitive landscape, and the mosaic of customer insights.
  • Scaffold strategic objectives, hoist the edifice of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and erect measurement frameworks to gauge the efficacy of plans.
  • Assemble a platter of actionable recommendations and initiatives designed to conquer business objectives.


Team Management and Development:


  • Command, govern, and tutor a brigade of strategists, ushering in their professional growth and development.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Qualifications:


  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, strategy, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree shines as an illustrious feather in your cap.
