PROGRAMMATIC EXECUTIVE

Are you driven, meticulous, and ready for the programmatic arena? We're searching for a Programmatic Executive to join our ranks. If your understanding of programmatic advertising platforms, including demand-side platforms (DSPs) and data management platforms (DMPs), is as solid as your track record in campaign management, we're eager to have you on board. As our Programmatic Executive, you'll orchestrate campaign setup, fine-tune optimizations, curate insightful reports, and collaborate across teams to steer towards client triumph.


Responsibilities:


Campaign Setup and Management:


  • Take the reins of programmatic campaigns via DSPs and other programmatic tools.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders, aligning objectives, targeting criteria, and budget allocations.
  • Weave audience targeting, ad creative, and campaign settings, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry best practices.
  • The conductor of campaign performance - tweaking bidding strategies, ad placements, and targeting for the ultimate crescendo.


Data Analysis and Insights:


  • Unearth insights within campaign data through your mastery of programmatic tools.
  • Harness data-forged insights to fuel the optimisation furnace, fanning the flames of campaign performance and objectives.
  • Refine audience analysis, sculpt campaign segmentations, and craft data-driven optimisations to hone targeting precision and amplify ad performance.


Ad Creative and Testing:


  • Weave a creative tapestry with the creative team, crafting ad marvels and captivating messaging for programmatic campaigns.
  • Unleash A/B testing tactics to perfect ad creative, landing pages, and all campaign components.
  • Scrutinise the performance stage of creatives, identifying stars that shine the brightest and strategies for encore-worthy future campaigns.


Reporting and Optimisation:


  • As the virtuoso of reporting, compose regular performance reports, echoing the symphony of metrics: impressions, clicks, conversions, and the hallowed cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
  • Immerse in campaign data to decode trends, spot opportunities, and illuminate avenues for refinement.
  • Lend your data-driven insights to orchestrate campaign enhancements.
  • In a harmonious cross-functional dance, collaborate with teams - data analysts, media planners - to orchestrate the grand symphony of campaign optimisation.


Industry Knowledge and Innovation:


  • Tune into industry frequencies, absorbing trends, programmatic advertising's best ballets, and emergent technological melodies.
  • Continuously quest for innovation, embracing novelties to elevate programmatic campaigns via new features, tools, and targeting strategies.
  • Illuminate the team with your discoveries, enriching campaign performance and collective expertise.


Qualifications:


  • The foundation: a Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or related disciplines.
  • Your ledger should showcase a proven track record of steering programmatic campaigns, ideally within an agency or digital marketing environment.
  • With programmatic advertising platforms like DSPs and DMPs, your understanding should be profound.
  • Ad exchanges, supply-side platforms (SSPs), and real-time bidding (RTB) should be familiar terrain for you.
  • In the realm of campaign setup, optimisation, and performance analysis via programmatic tools, your virtuosity should shine.
  • Your analytical prowess is the compass guiding your interpretation of campaign data, extracting pearls of actionable insights.
  • The A/B testing conductor - your experience with creative optimisation strategies is the baton.
  • Communication and collaboration shine within your symphony, resonating effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • The dance of staying attuned: industry trends, programmatic's best practices, and tech novelties are your partners.
  • The crown: Certifications in programmatic platforms like Google Display & Video 360 or The Trade Desk are the jewelled diadem.
