Social Media (S2M Social and Facebook) as well as the S2M Website.
The advertising and shortlist service includes the following:
- Your own dedicated Account Manager
- Support with drawing up a Job Descriptions and Adverts
- Posting across 8 job boards including – Linkedin, SEEK, Indeed, and Jora as well as the S2M website and social pages
- Option to ask applicants at least 3 specific questions on SEEK and Linkedin
- Access to your own dashboard to review all applications
- Account management and selection of short list from applications for you to review and reach out to directly
- Market analysis on salary / talent feedback etc.
