  • Develop personalised messaging strategies that resonate with different audience segments.
  • Utilise data insights to refine segmentation strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness.


Engagement and Conversion Enhancement:


  • Infuse emails with compelling CTAs to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Perform A/B tests to optimise email elements like subject lines, content, and visuals.
  • Implement strategies to re-engage inactive subscribers and enhance overall conversion rates.


Performance Tracking and Reporting:


  • Monitor key email metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Analyse campaign data to extract actionable insights and inform optimisation strategies.
  • Generate performance reports to showcase campaign impact, engagement trends, and areas for improvement.

Compliance and Deliverability:


  • Ensure email campaigns adhere to data protection regulations and anti-spam laws.

  • Collaborate with IT and technical teams to troubleshoot email deliverability issues.


Innovation and Strategy Refinement:


  • Stay up-to-date on email marketing trends, automation techniques, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:


  • Email expert: A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related fields.
  • Automation proficiency: Proven experience in crafting and executing automated email campaigns.
  • Technical prowess: Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.
  • Segmentation specialist: Skill in audience segmentation and personalised messaging strategies.
  • Engagement guru: Proficiency in crafting effective CTAs and optimising email elements.
  • Analytical thinker: Ability to interpret email metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Compliance advocate: Knowledge of data protection regulations and anti-spam laws.
  • Innovation enthusiast: Stay informed on email marketing trends and automation advancements.
  • A/B testing pro: Experience with A/B testing and optimisation techniques.
  • Certifications in email marketing and marketing automation are a bonus.
