DELIVERY MANAGER

Are you a seasoned and results-oriented professional with a passion for successful project delivery? Join our Project Services team as a Delivery Manager and oversee end-to-end project execution while ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence. Your expertise in project management, stakeholder communication, and team leadership will drive project success and deliver value to our clients.

Responsibilities:


  • Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, assign tasks, and manage team performance.
  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage project risks and issues.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular project status updates and reports.
  • Budget Management: Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and financial constraints.
  • Facilitation: Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and discussions to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Post-Mortem Analysis: Conduct project post-mortems to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Mentorship: Mentor and guide team members to achieve high-quality project outcomes.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Relevant work experience can be considered.
  • Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and exceeding client expectations.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive project execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to address project challenges.
