PROGRAMMATIC LEAD

Are you a virtuoso of programmatic advertising, wielding experience as your bow and innovation as your melody? We're on the hunt for a Programmatic Lead to join our team. If you've composed symphonies of success with programmatic campaigns and wield a deep understanding of programmatic platforms, we want to hear your overture. As our Programmatic Lead, you'll harmonize our programmatic efforts, crafting strategies, orchestrating performance, and conducting innovation to keep us in tune with industry trends.


Responsibilities:


Programmatic Strategy Development and Execution:


  • Craft and execute an all-encompassing programmatic strategy, crafting a path to client objectives and the crescendo of advertising ROI.
  • Join forces with clients to explore their marketing sonata, discern target audiences, and decode campaign prerequisites.
  • Channel the music of market research, audience analysis, and competitive intelligence to uncover the programmatic movements ahead.
  • Forge programmatic campaign strategies: audience choreography, ad compositions, bidding symphonies, and budget harmonies.


Team Management and Leadership:


  • Lead and guide our programmatic ensemble, mentoring, and conducting harmony within the team.
  • Be the baton that sets the rhythm for departmental goals, assigns roles, and ensures the timely resonance of campaign performances.
  • With your maestro's touch, evaluate performances, infuse constructive melodies, and uncover avenues for skills crescendo and refinement.
  • Nurture a collaborative and innovative environment where knowledge serenades growth and professionalism.


Programmatic Campaign Management:


  • The conductor of programmatic campaigns, responsible for their prelude: structure, targeting, and ad implementation.
  • Watchful ears on campaign movements – impressions, clicks, conversions – fine-tuning performance, harmonizing with the golden cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
  • Create bidding crescendos, ensure budget synchronicity, and adjust optimisation harmonics for a symphony of success.
  • Waltz alongside cross-functional teams – data analysts and media planners – to craft a symphony that resonates with broader marketing orchestrations.


Data Analysis and Insights:


  • Maestro of insights, dissecting programmatic campaign data into actionable notes.
  • Summon programmatic platforms and tools to reveal the harmonies of audience behaviour, performance symphonies, and campaign attributions.
  • Offer clients data-infused recommendations, orchestrating strategies, harmonizing targeting, and fine-tuning optimisations.
  • Your reports, like arias of performance, shall reveal insights, paint trends, and vocalise recommendations to clients.


Innovation and Industry Trends:


  • Syncopate with the rhythm of programmatic advertising trends, industry transformations, and emerging technological harmonies.
  • You are the architect of new programmatic features, platforms, and targeting techniques, enriching campaigns with fresh notes of innovation.
  • Lead the innovation ensemble, guiding the team in staying ahead of industry trends, elevating the agency to the forefront of programmatic advertising.


Qualifications:


  • The prologue: A Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or cognate fields.
  • Your narrative should feature a proven tale of steering programmatic campaigns, ideally in the theatre of agencies or digital marketing domains.
  • Programmatic platforms, the instruments of your virtuosity, including demand-side platforms (DSPs) and data management platforms (DMPs).
  • Your composition includes programmatic campaign setup, orchestration, optimisation, and the orchestral analysis of performance.
  • An analytical scoremaster, converting programmatic data into symphonies of actionable insights.
  • Your leadership conducts teams to their zenith, inspiring, motivating, and nurturing growth.
  • An excellent communicator and collaborator, your cadence resonates with cross-functional teams and clients alike.
  • Your tempo keeps pace with programmatic advertising trends, industry paeans, and emergent technological fanfares.
  • Certifications in programmatic advertising platforms (e.g., Google Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk) lend a crescendo to your qualifications.
