DATA SCIENTIST

Are you a talented and innovative Data Scientist? Join our team and contribute to data-driven solutions that enhance our business strategies. As a Data Scientist, you'll play a pivotal role in collecting, analysing, and interpreting complex data to extract valuable insights and drive actionable recommendations. Your expertise in machine learning, statistical analysis, and data visualisation will be instrumental in shaping our data-driven initiatives.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and data requirements.
  • Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to analyse large datasets and extract insights.
  • Develop predictive models, algorithms, and data-driven solutions to solve complex business problems.
  • Design and implement experiments, A/B tests, and hypothesis testing to evaluate strategies.
  • Create data visualisations and dashboards to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into business strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging techniques, and best practices in data science.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.


Qualifications:


  • Master's or Ph.D. degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role, with a strong background in statistical analysis and machine learning.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, seaborn).
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.
  • Ability to preprocess, clean, and transform data for analysis.
  • Familiarity with tools and frameworks such as TensorFlow, scikit-learn, PyTorch, or similar.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to approach complex business problems from a data-driven perspective.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
