TECHNICAL LEAD

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a technical authority in complex problem-solving discussions and architecture decisions.
  • Define technical roadmaps, project plans, and development processes to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure code quality and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate frontend and backend components seamlessly.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering their technical growth and professional development.
  • Provide regular updates to project stakeholders, including progress, risks, and technical considerations.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and innovative team culture that values technical excellence and creativity.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant work experience can be considered.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Engineering Manager, or similar technical leadership role.
  • Extensive background in software development, with expertise in frontend and/or backend technologies.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.
  • Proficiency in programming languages, frameworks, and tools relevant to the project.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and development tools.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset for complex technical challenges.
  • Outstanding communication skills to convey technical concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to guide, inspire, and mentor team members.
  • Track record of leading successful code reviews and ensuring high code quality standards.
  • Ability to balance technical excellence with project requirements and business goals.
  • Enthusiasm for staying updated with the latest technology trends and emerging tools.
