GROUP ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
Are you an experienced and strategic leader with a passion for client services? We're in search of a Group Account Director to head our client services team and oversee a portfolio of key accounts. As a Group Account Director, your responsibilities will span from managing client relationships to guiding account growth and product/service delivery. Your leadership, vision, and ability to foster strong partnerships will be instrumental in achieving client success and fueling our company's growth.
Responsibilities:
1.Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and nurture deep relationships with our key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Gain a profound understanding of our clients' business objectives, challenges, and needs to provide strategic solutions and unwavering support.
2. Account Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies that align with client goals and our company's objectives.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling.
3. Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of account managers, providing guidance, coaching, and unwavering support.
- Set clear expectations, KPIs, and performance goals for the team.
4. Account Oversight and Delivery:
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products/services to clients, meeting and exceeding their expectations and deadlines.
- Monitor project progress, proactively addressing any issues or challenges that may arise.
5. Customer Satisfaction and Retention:
- Foster ongoing engagement with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure their unwavering satisfaction.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to help clients achieve their objectives.
6. Strategic Consultation:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance on industry trends, best practices, and avenues for growth.
7. Business Reviews and Reporting:
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, present results, and discuss strategic directions.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports, highlighting key metrics and accomplishments.
8. Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to align strategies and deliver exceptional value to clients.
9. Budget Oversight:
- Manage account budgets, ensuring resource allocation aligns with client needs and expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience in account management, client services, or a similar leadership role, with a minimum of [X] years of experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of effectively leading and inspiring teams.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to build lasting client relationships.
