Responsibilities:


Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management:


As a Marketing and Communications Manager, your primary responsibility involves crafting and executing compelling marketing strategies to amplify brand awareness, catalyse lead generation, and drive customer acquisition. A harmonious collaboration with multifunctional teams will facilitate the planning and seamless execution of integrated marketing campaigns across diverse channels, encompassing digital, social media, email, content, and events. This endeavor will be guided by insightful market research to uncover customer needs, gauge market trends, and assess competitive landscapes, all crucial to shaping informed marketing strategies. Through vigilant monitoring, analysis, and metric tracking, you'll steer the optimization of campaigns, substantiating their efficacy through insightful reports and insights.


Brand Management:


Your stewardship extends to nurturing and amplifying our brand identity. Through meticulous attention, you'll create and uphold a strong brand identity, ensuring harmonised brand consistency across the spectrum of marketing and communication channels. Aided by comprehensive brand guidelines and standards, this brand identity will permeate all marketing collateral, campaigns, and communication materials. Collaborative liaisons with design and creative teams will facilitate the development and maintenance of integral brand assets, including logos, visual elements, and brand messaging.


Internal and External Communications:


Nurturing consistent and impactful communications is a cornerstone of your role. You'll undertake the development and execution of internal communication strategies, guaranteeing that messaging resonates effectively with both employees and stakeholders. In external communications, your mandate encompasses the management of press releases, media relations, and public relations initiatives that elevate brand reputation and visibility. Crafting and refining content across a plethora of communication channels, from websites and blogs to social media and newsletters, is also integral to this role. Moreover, you'll be the primary point of contact for media inquiries, interviews, and speaking engagements.


Digital Marketing and Online Presence:


Managing our digital touchpoints, including websites, social media platforms, and email campaigns, is central to your role. Your digital dexterity will manifest through the creation and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies that amplify brand visibility, propel website traffic, and stimulate lead generation. Drawing insights from website analytics, social media engagement, and online campaign performance, you'll methodically refine and optimise digital marketing endeavors. The maintenance of a vibrant, search engine-optimised website content aligned with brand guidelines will further be under your purview.


Team Leadership and Collaboration:


Your leadership acumen comes to the fore as you inspire and guide a team of adept marketing and communications professionals. With you at the helm, a collaborative and inclusive work environment will flourish, nurturing teamwork, creativity, and professional growth. Requirements:
