BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

  1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
  • Ignite lead generation via an amalgamation of networking, cold outreach, event participation, and digital outreach.
  • Cultivate and nurture connections with influential decision-makers within target organisations.
  1. Solution Presentation and Proposals:
  • Craft captivating presentations and proposals, meticulously spotlighting the value of our products/services for potential clients and partners.
  • Convey solutions to clients and partners, expertly addressing their distinct needs and quandaries.
  1. Negotiation and Deal Closure:
  • Assume the helm during negotiations with clients and partners, steering discussions toward mutually advantageous outcomes and harmonious terms.
  • Oversee the contract finalisation process, ensuring meticulous documentation of all agreements.
  1. Team Leadership:
  • Champion a team of business development professionals, serving as their guiding light, mentor, and unwavering support.
  • Articulate well-defined goals, objectives, and performance metrics for the team.
  1. Collaboration and Reporting:
  • Collaborate synergistically with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to synchronise strategies and guarantee seamless execution.
  • Provide regular, data-rich reports on the progression of business development activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
  1. Industry Networking and Thought Leadership:
  • Grace the stage as the company's representative at industry gatherings, conferences, and seminars, a conduit for expanding your professional network and firming up our presence.
  • Position yourself as the preeminent authority in the domain, contributing thought leadership content.


Qualifications:


  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven Expertise: A proven track record in business development, strategic partnerships, or a related role, backed by a minimum of [X] years of hands-on experience.
