CAMPAIGN MANAGER

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Campaign Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of media planning and execution, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to optimise campaign performance. The Campaign Manager will collaborate with internal teams, manage client accounts, and ensure the seamless execution of media campaigns.


Responsibilities:


Campaign Strategy and Planning:


  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop comprehensive campaign strategies and objectives.
  • Conduct market research, audience analysis, and competitive intelligence to inform campaign planning.
  • Define target audience segments, messaging strategies, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop media plans, including media mix, ad placements, targeting strategies, and budget allocation.


Campaign Execution and Optimization:


  • Coordinate the execution of media campaigns across various channels, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Monitor campaign delivery, performance, and key metrics to evaluate effectiveness and optimise performance.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of campaign data and provide data-driven recommendations for optimisation.
  • Collaborate with media vendors, publishers, and partners to secure media placements and optimise campaign performance.


Client Relationship Management:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships based on trust and exceptional service.
  • Understand client objectives, target audience, and KPIs to align campaign strategies with client goals.
  • Conduct regular meetings and communications with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and present campaign insights.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to exceed client expectations and drive client satisfaction.


Reporting and Analysis:


  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Analyse campaign data to evaluate performance against client objectives and KPIs.
  • Prepare comprehensive post-campaign reports, highlighting key insights, learnings, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as data analysts and media planners, to leverage insights for campaign optimisation.


Team Collaboration:


  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including media planners, buyers, creatives, and account managers.
  • Provide clear communication and guidance to internal teams on campaign requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in campaign management or a similar role within the media or advertising industry.
  • Strong understanding of media channels, including digital, traditional, and emerging media platforms.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide data-driven insights.
  • Proficiency in campaign management tools, software, and analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in campaign management.
