Client Relationship Management:


  • Act as the primary point of contact for designated clients, fostering and nurturing robust connections grounded in trust and collaborative synergy.
  • Assimilate client business objectives, target audiences, and industry dynamics to construct potent digital marketing strategies.
  • Conduct routine client engagements to present campaign updates, perceptive insights, and actionable recommendations.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and requisites with promptness and professionalism.



Campaign Planning and Execution:


  • Collaborate harmoniously with clients to delineate campaign aspirations, KPIs, and benchmark metrics.
  • Engineer comprehensive digital marketing blueprints aligned seamlessly with client ambitions and fiscal scope.
  • Coordinate harmoniously with internal divisions to execute campaigns across a spectrum of digital channels, spanning websites, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Ensure campaigns are rendered punctually, within the stipulated budget, and either fulfill or surpass performance benchmarks.


    Performance Monitoring and Optimisation:

  • Monitor campaign performance, dissect data, and devise strategic enhancements.
  • Leverage digital analytics tools and platforms to scrutinise KPIs, gauge campaign efficacy, and craft performance evaluations.
  • Identify trends, insights, and optimisation prospects to heighten campaign performance and realise client aspirations.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the analytics team to contrive and implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation strategies.


    Team Collaboration:

  • Forge intimate collaborations with multifunctional teams, including creativity, technology, and analytics, to ensure the flawless execution of campaigns.
  • Furnish creative units with unambiguous and succinct briefs for the development of digital assets and content.
  • Coordinate hand in hand with technical units to integrate tracking codes, pixels, and other digital marketing technologies.

    Account Growth and Business Development:

  • Recognise avenues for account expansion and enrichment within extant client relationships.

    Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • A proven track record as a Digital Account Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, or analogous role.
  • Profound mastery of digital marketing strategies, channels, and exemplar practices.
  • Adeptness in client relationship management, adept at cultivating enduring partnerships.
  • Superlative communication and presentation skills, spanning both written and verbal domains.
  • An analytical disposition, proficient in parsing data, engendering insights, and authoring data-driven recommendations.
  • Aptitude in organisational and project management domains, adept at overseeing concurrent clients and campaigns.
