As the visionary Head of Digital, you will spearhead the digital strategy and execution for our esteemed organisation, steering digital metamorphosis and ensuring our brand's online footprint harmonises with overarching business aspirations. You will preside over the formulation and implementation of all-encompassing digital marketing endeavors, adroitly manage digital platforms and technologies, and architect the ascent of a team comprising adept digital marketing mavens. Responsibilities:


Digital Strategy and Leadership:


  • Sculpt and actualise the organisational digital strategy, melding it seamlessly with overarching business visions and objectives.
  • Recognise and harness digital trends, emergent technologies, and avenues for innovation, thereby elevating the company's digital footprint and competitive edge.
  • Lead and kindle a squad of digital marketing aficionados, serving as their North Star through guidance, mentorship, and the nurturing of a milieu steeped in cooperation and excellence.
  • Engage in symbiotic partnership with cross-functional factions, encompassing marketing, IT, and product development, ensuring the harmonious fusion of digital initiatives with comprehensive business strategies.


Digital Marketing Campaigns:


  • Oversee the incubation and execution of holistic, integrated digital marketing crusades spanning a gamut of channels, including SEM (search engine marketing), SEO (search engine optimisation), social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
  • Mandate the establishment of campaign objectives, KPIs, and metrics to gauge performance, dissect outcomes, and elevate campaigns to zenith effectiveness.
  • Superintend campaign adherence to stipulated timelines, budgetary constraints, brand aesthetics, and industry paradigms.
  • Remain au courant with the latest digital marketing trends, consumer behaviors, and rival undertakings to adeptly sculpt campaign strategies and tactics.


Website and Digital Platform Management:


  • Preside over the stewardship of digital platforms, particularly the website, ensuring user-friendliness, aesthetic appeal, and optimisation for search engines.
  • Foster synergistic collaboration with web developers, designers, and content architects, nurturing user experience, amplifying website efficacy, and catalysing conversions.
  • Exercise vigilance in monitoring website analytics, user behaviors, and performance metrics, thereby identifying domains primed for augmentation and ushering in data-informed enhancements.
  • Remain apprised of evolving website and digital platform trends, best practices, and compliance requisites, sustaining a continuum of optimisation and adherence.


Digital Branding and Content Strategy:


  • Cultivate and sustain a robust digital brand identity, guaranteeing fidelity across all digital junctures and platforms.
  • Set the stage for the gestation of captivating, engaging digital content resonating with target demographics and synchronously bolstering brand objectives.
  • Synergise with the content cohort to craft and circulate superlative content through diverse digital conduits, spanning websites, social media, blogs, and email marketing.
  • Keep tabs on content efficacy, user engagement metrics, and trends to hone the content blueprint and foster a continuum of amelioration.


Data Analysis and Insights:


  • Leverage an assemblage of digital analytics instruments and platforms to vigilantly track and dissect key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor campaign efficacy, and fabricate actionable insights.
  • Provide periodic reports and presentations to senior management, spotlighting digital performance, trends, and revelations aimed at refinement.
  • Capitalise on data and insights to fine-tune digital marketing strategies, steer decision-making, and unearth growth vistas.


Experience:


  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a cognate field (A Master's degree is preferred).
  • Flaunt a corroborated narrative, underscored by past tenure as a Head of Digital, Digital Marketing Manager, or analogous stewardship within a digitally-immersed terrain.
  • Resonate with profound acumen concerning digital marketing strategies, channels, and superlative practices.
  • Champion the art of leadership and team management, underscored by an unerring faculty to imbue teams with motivation, and foster an environment conducive to excellence.
