E-COMMERCE MANAGER

  • Drive strategies to increase website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Analyse user behaviour and data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Customer Experience Enhancement:


  • Create a user-centric shopping experience that delights and retains customers.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure exceptional service.

Marketing and Promotions:


  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute e-commerce campaigns.

Data Analysis and Reporting:


  • Analyse e-commerce performance metrics, track KPIs, and derive insights.

Inventory and Fulfilment Management:
