DIGITAL ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Account Management:


  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key clients, acting as the principal liaison for all digital ventures.
  • Gain a profound understanding of client ambitions, objectives, and target audiences to conceptualise and actualise highly effective digital strategies.
  • Vigilantly monitor campaign performance, strategically identifying opportunities for enhancement and presenting insightful recommendations to propel client triumph.
  • Ensure the punctual delivery of projects and campaign milestones, adroitly managing client expectations and adeptly resolving any issues that arise.


Team Leadership and Collaboration:


  • Assume leadership of and mentor a team of adept account managers, delivering comprehensive guidance, unwavering support, and constructive performance appraisals.
  • Foster an environment of cohesive collaboration, seamlessly liaising with multifunctional teams encompassing creativity, technology, and analytics to craft holistic digital solutions that meet and exceed client requisites.

Business Development:


  • Identify latent growth prospects within existing accounts, meticulously devising strategies for account expansion.
  • Proactively scout for novel business opportunities, including the strategic upselling and cross-selling of cutting-edge digital services to our current clients.
  • Conduct thorough market research and astute competitive analyses to remain at the vanguard of industry trends and identify promising prospects.


Campaign Strategy and Execution:


  • Forge close partnerships with clients to apprehend their business imperatives, thus forging comprehensive digital marketing strategies in alignment with their objectives.
  • Oversee the meticulous execution of digital campaigns, assuring that they are impeccably delivered within stipulated timelines, budgets, and in harmony with client expectations.
  • Engage harmoniously with creative and technical teams to conceive riveting and innovative digital assets, spanning websites, social media content, email marketing, and display advertising.


Performance Tracking and Reporting:


  • Establish salient key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to gauge campaign efficacy and meticulously track client triumph.
  • Scrutinise campaign data and extricate actionable insights to fine-tune performance and realise client objectives most efficaciously.
  • Prepare regular, informative reports and presentations for clients, proficiently spotlighting campaign performance, emerging trends, and astute recommendations for optimisation.


 Qualifications and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • A proven track record as a Digital Account Director, Digital Account Manager, or similar role.
  • Extensive mastery of digital marketing strategies, channels, and best practices.
  • Robust leadership and team management competencies, encapsulating the ability to inspire and invigorate a diverse team.
  • Superlative communication and interpersonal dexterity, facilitative of fostering and nurturing client and internal relationships.
  • A penchant for analytical thought, ably processing data to derive strategic insights.
  • Accomplished project management acumen, proficient in juggling multiple client accounts concurrently.
  • Proficiency in a spectrum of digital marketing tools and platforms.
