DIGITAL GROUP ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

Responsibilities:



Client Relationship Management:


Spearhead the pivotal role as the primary point of contact for a distinguished portfolio of pivotal clients, cultivating robust partnerships buttressed by trust, synergetic collaboration, and the delivery of unparalleled client service.

Assimilate client ambitions, objectives, and target audience nuances to sculpt holistic digital strategies harmonising with their commercial requisites.

Convene recurring client interactions to scrutinise campaign performance, proffer insightful recommendations, and adroitly resolve queries or concerns.

Proactively identify avenues for upselling and cross-selling cutting-edge digital services, thereby igniting account augmentation.


   Team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead and mentor an adept cohort of account managers, extending comprehensive guidance, unwavering support, and meticulous performance evaluations.
  • Envision lucid objectives, delegate responsibilities, and ensure the team is amply equipped with requisite resources to yield top-tier deliverables.
  • Foster an ambiance of all-encompassing cooperation, engendering unity, originality, and professional growth.

   Strategic Planning and Campaign Execution:

  • Supervise the orchestration of digital campaigns, assuring timely delivery, fiscal adherence, and the realisation of or surging beyond client anticipations.
  • Scrutinise campaign performance metrics, dissect data, and provide strategic revelations and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Forge a symbiotic liaison with creative, technical, and analytics units to bring forth inventive, integrated digital solutions.


   Account Growth and Business Development:

  • Discern opportunities for account expansion within the designated client portfolio, shaping strategies for account amplification.
  • Collaborate synergistically with the business development team to identify and trailblaze novel business avenues.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team in fashioning proposals, pitches, and presentations to clinch new clients and ventures.
  • Remain abreast of industry dynamics, digital marketing vanguards, and emergent technologies, equipping yourself to extend clients strategic counseling.


    Financial Management:

  • Oversee the financial contours of client accounts, encompassing budget distribution, profitability, and revenue prognosis.
  • Forge tight bonds with the finance team to ensure precision in billing, invoicing, and financial reporting for client accounts.
  • Discern prospects for cost optimisation and operational streamlining, aiming to optimise profitability.


    Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a cognate field (Master's degree preferred).
  • A proven chronicle as a Digital Group Account Director, Digital Account Director, or kindred stewardship role within the digital agency milieu.
  • Profound mastery of digital marketing strategies, channels, and best practices.
  • Potent leadership acumen and team management prowess, underscored by the knack to catalyse motivation in a variegated ensemble.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal finesse, traversing both the written and verbal domains.
  • Analytical disposition, adept at extracting insights from data, and proffering data-steered counsel.
