SERVICE DELIVERY ENGINEER

Are you a proactive and customer-focused Service Delivery Engineer? Join our team and take responsibility for delivering high-quality technology solutions and services to our clients. As a Service Delivery Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment, management, and support of our technology products. Your expertise in project management, technical implementation, and client communication will be pivotal in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their technology requirements and objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, from initial scoping to deployment and ongoing support.
  • Configure and implement technology solutions based on client needs.
  • Provide technical guidance and recommendations to clients on technology solutions and best practices.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure proper utilisation of technology products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, resolve issues, and address concerns.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay updated about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in service delivery.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant work experience can be considered.
  • Proven experience as a Service Delivery Engineer or similar role, with a strong understanding of project management and technical implementation.
  • Proficiency in configuring and implementing technology solutions for clients.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong technical background and ability to understand complex technical concepts.
  • Customer-focused mindset with exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and effectively manage client expectations.
  • Experience with client training and delivering technical presentations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address challenges proactively.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
