We're currently on the hunt for a seasoned and strategic Senior Account Manager to join a high-performing team and be at the forefront of innovation.
You will play a central part in launching and driving one of Australia's most ambitious and high-profile owned media networks and backed by one of the country’s most trusted financial institutions.
This role offers the chance to work at the intersection of creativity, media, and strategy within a dynamic and collaborative team environment. You will report directly to the Head of Sales and be responsible for managing key partnerships, developing tailored media solutions, and delivering results that drive client success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and grow partner relationships using data, insights, and measurement to craft compelling media strategies.
- Interpret client briefs and build bespoke media solutions aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate closely across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth, effective campaign execution.
- Own the end-to-end sales process, ensuring transparency, timeliness and efficiency.
- Champion best practice and innovative thinking within the growing retail media landscape.
- Demonstrated experience in media sales, retail media, or account management, with a focus on client growth and satisfaction and a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong commercial mindset with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and apply structured solutions that align with business and brand goals.
- A collaborative and proactive professional who values integrity, clarity, and positive client outcomes.
