We’re looking for a driven Sales Executive to join a purpose-led consultancy that helps organisations unite strategy, brand, and culture.
You'll be part of a collaborative, hybrid team that thrives on solving complex challenges and in this role, you’ll identify new business opportunities, initiate contact with prospective clients via phone, build strategic relationships, and help craft impactful solutions that deliver real value to clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and follow-ups to generate leads and conversations
- Drive client acquisition and sales growth through targeted outreach
- Lead pitches, presentations, and workshops
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape tailored solutions
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Experience in sales or business development, ideally in consulting or professional services
- Comfortable initiating conversations via phone and building rapport quickly
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Commercial mindset with a focus on solving client challenges
- Confident in presenting and facilitating discussions
- Opportunity to move up into a Business Development Manager role
