S2M is currently working with a leading media organization and we're on the hunt for a Performance Media & Operations Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving complex challenges, and wants to be at the forefront of digital innovation in the media industry.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead digital acquisition campaigns across search, social, and display.
- Drive strategy to grow subscriptions and meet business goals.
- Manage ad trafficking, tagging, and tracking using CM360 and other tools.
- Analyze performance data to uncover insights and opportunities.
- Report key results and trends to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate across media functions for seamless campaign delivery.
- Lead experimentation to continuously optimize performance.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing media team.
- 6+ years of experience in performance media buying and campaign delivery (agency background a plus).
- Proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, X, LinkedIn, SA360, CM360.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising, Google Tag Manager, and attribution models.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
