Are you looking to step into more of a strategy focused performance role and work with some of the most exciting and ambitious retail and eCommerce brands.
You will take ownership of key client accounts, helping to deliver smart, scalable paid media campaigns. You’ll work closely with a supportive team of specialists and strategists, gaining exposure to high-spend, multi-channel campaigns, including national and international product launches.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years’ hands-on paid media experience, ideally in an agency environment.
- Proven results across Google Ads and Meta (bonus points for TikTok, Pinterest, or Snap).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and suggest improvements.
- Good communication skills and confidence in client-facing discussions.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once.
- Sydney-based with Australian working rights.
