Our client is a leading global provider of loyalty and lifestyle solutions, empowering brands to connect meaningfully with their customers through data-driven engagement, tailored rewards, and strategic partnerships. With a strong international presence and millions of active users, their cutting-edge platforms support some of the world’s top financial institutions, loyalty programs, and retail brands.
  
They are now looking for a Partnerships Executive to join their growing team and support the delivery of innovative, high-performing rewards solutions. This role is ideal for someone with experience in affiliate marketing, e-commerce, or digital campaign coordination who is ready to take ownership of merchant relationships and operational delivery.

1 Year contract
Based in North Sydney CBD
Up to 100k Package inc of Super.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  

  • Affiliate & Merchant Coordination: Manage partner communications, attend meetings and industry events, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Merchant Onboarding & Maintenance: Set up new merchants, update offers, and monitor affiliate performance, ensuring seamless integration across all client programs.
  • Platform Audits & Troubleshooting: Conduct regular content and system checks, audit promotional offers, and resolve any tracking or technical issues.
  • Campaign Execution Support: Assist in sourcing creative assets, executing marketing campaigns, and reporting on performance results in collaboration with the client services team.
  • Customer Support Operations: Validate and resolve member reward claims, manage escalations, and oversee points adjustments and customer correspondence.
  
  
About You:
  
  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent hands-on experience in a relevant field
  • Solid background in e-commerce, digital partnerships, or loyalty program operations
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders with excellent communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized with a solutions-focused mindset
  • Able to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities
