As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth across a portfolio of leading B2B brands, including programmatic, websites, events, lead-generation, magazines and digital. You'll be responsible for leading and motivating a talented sales team to achieve and exceed targets, while also developing and implementing effective sales strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets across all product lines both print and digital.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Set clear sales objectives, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback.
  • Personally sell a significant portfolio, and lead from the front on new business generation.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including key accounts and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.  
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, editorial, and production teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales effectiveness.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest sales techniques and technologies.
