Do you have a knack for forging impactful influencer partnerships that deliver real results? Our client – a rapidly growing eCommerce brand in the health and fitness space – is on the hunt for a results-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to join their dynamic, close-knit team.

Helping people meet their fitness and weight management goals with top-tier products and a community-first ethos. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead the development of ROI-focused influencer strategies that directly drive revenue.
  • Launch and manage conversion-oriented campaigns with top-tier influencers.
  • Scout and secure partnerships with influencers who align with the brand’s ethos and bring strong engagement and conversion metrics to the table.
  • Use data to optimise campaign performance and influencer spend.
  • Negotiate savvy, performance-based contracts to ensure results-driven outcomes.
  • Collaborate across the marketing team to turn influencer content into measurable business impact.
  • Keep your pipeline full – from promising prospects to proven partners – while always keeping performance front of mind.
  • Provide regular reporting on ROI and share insights to continually raise the bar.
What You Bring:

  • 3+ years in influencer marketing or management.
  • A data-driven mindset with sharp analytical skills.
  • Deep familiarity with social platforms and their performance metrics.
  • Strong negotiation chops and commercial acumen.
  • Confidence in managing budgets and forecasting returns.
  • Background in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands.
  • Success scaling influencer programs profitably.
  • Passion or experience in the fitness and wellness space.
