TIACS is on the lookout for a purpose-driven leader with a commercial mindset and industry-aligned experience to join us as Head of Partnerships & Impact. This isn’t your typical fundraising role. It’s about building meaningful, long-term partnerships with businesses that want to be part of something bigger and who care deeply about mental health in the industries we serve.
Why someone from construction or property?
TIACS works closely with trades, construction, transport, manufacturing, and blue-collar industries. We’re looking for someone who understands the heartbeat of these sectors
someone who can build authentic connections because they’ve walked in those shoes or worked closely alongside them.
Role Highlights:
- Grow Partnerships: Rebuild and strengthen the TIACS Alliance to foster collaborations that truly matter and secure the funding needed to support growing demand for our counselling services.
- Lead Strategic Engagement: Develop and execute a national strategy to attract high-value partners that align with TIACS’ vision.
- Build Trusted Relationships: Forge genuine, long-term relationships with C-suite leaders, industry bodies, and key stakeholders across relevant sectors.
- Drive Collaboration: Bring together internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful initiatives.
- Ensure Accountability: Manage partner agreements, reporting, and compliance with professionalism and care.
- You’ve worked in commercial, sales, consulting, or leadership roles, ideally within construction, property, or related industries.
- You understand how to connect with industry leaders and speak their language.
- You’re confident engaging with CEOs, boards, and senior stakeholders, but also down-to-earth and relatable.
- You blend purpose with pragmatism driven by impact but commercially savvy.
- You’re collaborative, self-motivated, and genuinely passionate about driving change in mental health.
- Be part of a national movement improving mental health outcomes across blue-collar Australia
- Work with a passionate, outcomes-driven team
- Enjoy flexible, hybrid work arrangements
- Contribute to a high-quality, evidence-based support service
- Join a culture where innovation is encouraged and purpose leads the way
