Key Responsibilities
- Provide extensive diary and calendar management across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate complex and frequently changing domestic and international travel.
- Manage sensitive correspondence and confidential information with professionalism.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, representing the executive office with courtesy and integrity.
- Prepare expense reports, presentations, and high-quality communications.
- Support corporate communications and assist with company events.
- Work collaboratively with other Executive Assistants and leaders across the business.
- Provide ad hoc support to visiting international executives.
- Proven experience in a high-level EA role, ideally supporting C-suite or senior executives.
- Highly adaptable with the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and comfortable handling confidential information.
- Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- A proactive problem-solver with a calm and measured approach.
- Collaborative and team-focused, yet confident working autonomously.
