About you:
You are a performance-driven Paid Marketing Manager with experience of leading high-converting campaigns across Google Ads and MS Ads - this is an opportunity to take ownership of paid search strategy, manage larger than average monthly budget campaigns and directly contribute to the agency's revenue growth.
Reporting to the General Manager, whilst this role is very executional, it does offer fast track leadership and growth opportunity. It’s an amazing career step for someone stuck in a larger agency and going nowhere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimise Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads & Microsoft Ads, managing significant budgets in competitive verticals (ideally finance client experience)
- Develop and refine keyword strategies, bidding approaches, and ad copy, while monitoring key performance metrics
- Collaborate with various teams to improve landing page performance and run regular split tests on offers and creatives
- Stay ahead of platform updates, betas, and new campaign types
- 3+ years’ hands-on Paid Search experience (Google Ads essential) with proven success in lead generation and customer acquisition
- Strong knowledge of bidding, attribution, conversion optimisation, and performance analytics (Google Tag Manager, GA4, tracking tools)
- Analytical mindset with a creative testing approach
- Experience in financial services or paid social advertising is a bonus
