ABOUT THE ROLE:
Reporting to the senior leadership team, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end digital and loyalty campaigns across owned and paid media. From crafting CRM journeys to optimising digital touchpoints and loyalty initiatives, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering measurable growth and building deeper relationships with our customers.

- Plan and execute digital campaigns across email, SMS, CRM, social, website and app
- Drive customer engagement through segmentation, personalisation and automation
- Manage CRM tools like Salesforce for loyalty and lifecycle messaging
- Optimise digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube
- Report on performance metrics with a focus on ROI and actionable insights
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels
- Support and analyse loyalty and rewards program performance
- 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, CRM or loyalty-focused roles
- Strong understanding of customer journeys and lifecycle marketing
- Skilled in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Salesforce or HubSpot
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent communicator and collaborator with stakeholders and partners
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
