Salary:

$100,000.00 - $140,000.00 Year 110k to 135k package depending on experience.

We are partnering with Australia’s fastest-growing supplement brands on their search for a Creative Performance Strategist.

Based on the Gold Coast, our client is a rapidly expanding D2C powerhouse—also stocked in over 500 stores nationwide and gaining traction fast globally.

Their high-performing, collaborative team is seriously passionate about fitness, results, and bringing good vibes into the office.

In this role, you’ll lead the creative charge behind their paid media strategy.

Blending compelling storytelling with data-driven insights, you’ll develop ad creatives that stand out and convert. From scripting dynamic video ads to crafting static briefs and designing test frameworks, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping performance-driven content that delivers real ROI.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the creative strategy for paid media campaigns, combining persuasive copy with performance data.
  • Write high-converting ad copy and video scripts tailored for digital platforms.
  • Partner with design and marketing teams to deliver engaging, results-focused campaigns.
  • Analyze performance metrics to fine-tune messaging and boost ROI.
  • Build and manage creative testing frameworks that drive continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring:
  • 3+ years of copywriting experience in direct response or performance marketing.
  • A proven track record managing creative strategies for ad accounts with $200K+ monthly spend.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable creative insights.
  • Expertise in conversion-focused copywriting across a variety of formats.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile team.
