What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Managing and strengthening high-value relationships with senior stakeholders in financial institutions, including major banks and FinTechs.
  • Analysing platform data to identify business opportunities and drive commercial outcomes.
  • Shaping and refining commercial strategy in collaboration with the General Manager.
  • Working closely with the Marketing team to support campaign delivery and with the Product team to prioritize initiatives that enhance commercial success.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and best practices within commercial operations.
  • Collaborating with global commercial teams to share insights and innovations.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 8+ years of experience in commercial roles within technology startups, scale-ups, or financial services.
  • Proven ability to analyse market trends and develop data-driven strategies.
  • Strong influencing skills with a history of working effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and project management abilities.
  • Experience in credit businesses or marketplaces is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to move quickly, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
