S2M is currently recruiting for a strategic and driven Business Development Lead to take the lead in identifying, nurturing, and closing high-value opportunities in the ingredients space.
You'll play a pivotal role in accelerating our expansion into new categories, such as ready-made juices, supplements, and pet nutrition, and international markets including the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end B2B sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Build strategic relationships with decision-makers in health food, beverage, and nutraceutical brands
- Collaborate with sourcing, QA, logistics, and offshore teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Drive growth through insight-led outreach, smart forecasting, and expert pipeline management
- Use tools like ZoomInfo, Engage, and NetSuite to enhance sales efficiency and visibility
- 5+ years’ experience in sales or business development, ideally in the food, beverage, or supplement industry
- Proven ability to deliver revenue growth through strategic selling
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing leads and sales pipelines through CRM platforms
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong commercial acumen
