About the Role
We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to drive the design and user experience of a major initiative: bringing several existing platforms together into one seamless ecosystem. This is a hands-on role for a designer who enjoys both the strategic side of design and rolling up their sleeves in tools like Figma to create high-quality user interfaces.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end design process for integrating multiple platforms into a single, cohesive user experience
- Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to understand requirements and turn them into intuitive designs
- Build wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs using Figma and related tools
- Establish and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across platforms
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
- Mentor and guide other designers, sharing best practices and raising the design bar across the team
- Strong background in UX and UI design
- Deep expertise with Figma and proficiency with other modern design tools
- Experience creating design systems and component libraries
- Ability to translate business goals and technical requirements into elegant, user-friendly solutions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines
- Comfortable balancing hands-on design with leadership responsibilities
- A portfolio that shows experience integrating or redesigning complex platforms
